Hello,
I'm trying to complete some achievements from previous expansions. I have the raretracker to help me find them, I'm just curious to find out how the spawns work.
If a rare spawn isn't there on any of the servers will it spawn eventually on an individual spawn timer, or do I need to kill other rares to proc the chance of a new rare spawning. Or is it even the case that a regular mob needs to be killed to proc the rare (as I often see a normal mob in the place of the rare)
